You are commissioning my services. I retain the rights to the artwork and may publish it on ANY platform for self-promotion. If you prefer your commission to remain private, an additional fee of 20% will apply.
As the artist, I do not have permission to sell the artwork or use it for profit, such as making products with it or selling it to another person or group.
As the client, you may publish the artwork on non-profit platforms, use it as icons, banners, etc., provided proper credit is given.💜🦉 PROCESS 🦉💜
By contacting me about your proposal, it is expected that the client has already read my Terms of Service and understood my pricing. The client will be asked to provide references and a detailed description of the project.
You can request frequent updates on the commission once I begin working on it. If updates are not specifically requested, I will only inform you of the progress at the end of each stage (sketch, lineart, base colors, and finalization).
The delivery timeframe may vary depending on the artwork's complexity, my current workload, or any personal/health issues. Commissions may take 3 to 4 months to complete. If the completion deadline exceeds 4 months due to any mentioned reasons, the client will be notified.
As a client, you may request a commission with a deadline/urgency, but the deadline must be discussed before payment and should be reasonable. Depending on the urgency, a 30% fee may apply.💜🦉 PAYMENT 🦉💜
I only accept payments on Paypal. Other payment methods will be declined. You have the option to either send 100% of the payment before I start the sketch, or 50% before and 50% after the sketch confirmation.
During the process, additional fees may apply depending on extras. In such cases, the additional amount must be paid before receiving the final product.
You will receive the completed artwork in full resolution and without watermarks only after the payment has been made and confirmed.💜🦉 CHANGES 🦉💜
Significant changes will only be accepted during the sketch phase.
After the sketch phase, only minor revisions can be made, such as color adjustments, small details, or filters/cropping.
Please understand that completely redrawing the artwork will incur a cost of 100% of the agreed total commission value.💜🦉 REFUND POLICY 🦉💜
I will only accept refund requests within 8 days after payment completion.
A full refund of 100% will be issued if I have not yet started work on the commission.
After work has begun on the sketch, only 50% of the value can be refunded, and you will receive the completed sketch.
Commissions that have progressed beyond the sketch phase are non-refundable. In such cases, you may only cancel the commission and receive the work as it stands at the time of cancellation.💜🦉 AS A CLIENT 🦉💜
You are permitted to:Use the artwork for personal purposes.
Post it on social media with proper credit to me.
Print it for personal use only.
You are NOT permitted to:
Modify my art.
Claim it as your own.
Use the art in AI generators.
Post it on social media without giving proper credit.
Profit from my art by selling and/or producing products with the artwork, unless you have acquired commercial usage rights.
For commercial use, please contact me via direct message on Twitter or Discord. Commercial usage must be discussed before the initial payment is completed. The commercial fee may vary depending on the commission type.
